Re: home theater systems

Hi But a sterio system is flat and sounds like its holding back when it comes to voices and sound effects. compared to surround sound that enhanses and amplifies that sounds and voices so you dont miss anything not even a coin dropping. Surround sound gives you positional audio. Frequency range, pr...

Re: home theater systems

I somtimes feel that i would want to stand out and i would want a power house system for volume as well. Its abit for bragging rites , but lets say you have a pioneer 5.1 channel home theater...

That is awesome in the current economic climate  I only managed to get prime less 1.05% for my recent home loan.

Geez that's a great rate for a "walk in" customer. Investec I presume?

Not bad!

Yeah it makes a difference, but makes it hard leaving the bank to work elsewhere, or in my case changing insurance!

Turns out it could be more trouble than what it's worth should you need to claim. Something about possibly having to claim from both insurers for part of the value of the total claim, no claim bonus issues, etc.

Re: Stupid Question: Doubly insured

There is zero legal requirement to hold insurance at the same finance house offering you a home loan. Yes as an FNB employee. It's n...

Nice job man. which paint did u use? Thanks! I use Duplicolour caliper paint kit. Its pricey but it works well. Prefer the actual paint versus the spraypaint as it withstands chips better in my experience. I should've bought it. I used the spray and it came out dull and ugly. I think I'll try a few...

Stupid Question: Doubly insured

I know that it's illegal to claim twice on a single event, but is it illegal to have the same item covered by 2 insurers? Reason being: If I add my building to my current insurance policy (2 cars, contents, phones, etc), the total premium drops substantially BUT if I change the insurance to another ...
