Post Hot Chocolate - 1980 2door MK1- Update page 8
So I saw this golf on Gumtree the other day and I couldnt resist. She was the cover car in VDUB issue 10.

She has been neglected a little, but some love will sort it out. She has a dent on the front bumper and bonnet.
So I'm considering a respray soon.

Interior has a tear on the drivers seat, and she was EXTREMELY dirty when I got her.

I'm gonna fit my Rockford Fosgate sound system the weekend, and fit my new front spoiler(the current 1 has a crack.)

Some specs:

2.0lt 8v MP9
FFZ gearbox
Sound System(cheap ass fong kong crap!)
Brown leather covered seats with fiesta headrests
17" AMG mags(not for long)
MK2 electronic windows
Central locking from a polo(with the polo key)
MK4 GTI interior door handles

Pics for clicks

Ive got a very nice set of 17" BBS RS split rims that I want to fit, but I'm not a fan of 17's on a MK1 anymore.

I do have a set of Work Ewing 15" 7j rims with 165/50/15 bridgestone tyres, might fit that for a while and see. :hi:

Thanx S, it was money well spent. I went into a drastic bidding war with a few other interested
buyers but I won at the end.

Is your polo on the floor yet?

My BBS RS rims has a white center with polished lip, I will fit it and see if it looks good.

Yes, my silver 2door is still in Witbank, busy finishing my turbo motor. I need a part on the TDI gearbox to connect my cables to the box.

She has jumbo bumpers, want to go old school with her but I might sell her and just keep my turbo motor.

Yes, turbo motor in the Jetta and then the sidey motor in there... And the Jetta already has a cableshift box...
C'mon, you know it to be true!
