Keep the 25th July 2010 open for an action packed Hillclimb event, more details will be released as soon as they are available...

Event: Hillclimb
Date: 25th July 2010
Venue: Delporten Hill, Krugerdorp
Time: 08:00 - 17:00
Cost:

    Club Members - R120
    Non-club members - R150

Classes:

    A - 2.0 and above;
    B - 1.7 to 2.0;
    C - Below 1.7;
    FI - Forced Induction;
    TDi - Turbo Diesel;
    M - Club Member (Non Volkswagen);
    O - Open (Non-club Members).

Trophies are sponsored by VAG Technik

Driving directions to Hillclimb Dr, Krugersdorp from 14th Ave Roodepoort

1. Head east on 14th Ave/M87 toward Western Bypass/N1 220 m
2. Make a U-turn at Western Bypass/N1 (signs for N1/Bloemfontein)
Continue to follow M87 1,9 km
3. Turn right at Ontdekkers Rd/M18 5,8 km
4. Slight left toward Crous Dr 42 m
5. Slight right toward Crous Dr 220 m
6. Slight left at Crous Dr 550 m
7. Turn right at Main Reef Rd/R24
Continue to follow R24 13,5 km
8. Turn right at Robert Broom Dr 1,5 km
9. Take the 1st left 900 m
10. Continue straight onto Carter St 400 m
11. Turn left at Verster St 190 m
12. Continue onto Hillclimb Dr 450 m

Ja, you Tdi guys like this uphill events ....... then you can show off your torque :bang:

The FI boys still seem to come out on top though with their GTI's and the like. Lets see how the modified TDI's do this year as most of the potential TDI competitiors are mapped and no longer stock
