Touch Screen Not responding GOLF 7.5 standard radio

Hi Touch screen not responding on 2018 GOLF 7.5 standard radio . I have tried disconnecting battery but that resets time , trying to reset radio by keeping power button in does not work. Radio functions but cannot access any features that need touch control for eg. resetting tyre pressures etc.

Is there any one that has similar issue? Is there anything i can try to get radio to respond without needing to change radio ?

Is there any way to reset the tyre pressure indicator without going through the radio?

any advice will be appreciated.

Since your radio does function, with the exception of other features, I would remove your screen. Test it out with another one, see if that fixes the problem.
