could it not be cam position sensor?

Just funny how all 4 coilpacks would go at the same time but also probably not impossible?

Update -

replaced the coilpacks and plugs, replaced thrust sensor and cam follower.
the misfire is still there, but not as bad and as often as before.

any other advice would be appreciated.

Is it possible the dealer tried to update my software and messed up REVO?

On top of your HPFP!
Normally when it is cracked it will misfire and also give EPC light!
your car will starve from fueling. I got a permanent fix for it if broken.

The HPFP has two Sensors,..The one on the TOP normally gives kak! I see you made mention that the Thrust Sensor and the Cam follower have been changed.
Do you have a pic of the old cam Follower and can you take a pic of the HPFP to see if the TOP Sensor not Cracked!
Mine never gave EPC light until the crack was worse. The car had very bad misfire and thought it was coils.

When I went to Shaheen @ E-Tuners we found TOP Sensor on the HPFP cracked.

Any car needs 3-Things to function properly:
-Fuel
-Air
-Spark

That is your basic that you need to check when you have a misfire.

This much I know.
My misfire count tends to increase when I blip the throttle at idle. Given that at that point the rail pressure changes suddenly and quickly, the HPFP would be a logical place to look.
