2007 velocity not idling

Hi guys please cn someone advise me with ......
I have a 2007 1.6 i velocity , the cluster got damaged by me changing the leds ....the the car wouldnt idle ...it starts but just wouldnt idle , so i bought another cluster nd changed it but its still is doing the same so i sent the computer box for decoding , now its decoded but still does the same ...its starts the shut down

Any idea on the fault please help guys
