Polo vivo advice needed on the interior fuse box

Post by vtroubleume »

So I recently bought this Vivo , discovered brake lights aren't working , so upon checking the fuse I discover that the holder surrounding the fuse is burnt and only 1 side of terminal is present . Err! I tried to drop the fuse box to inspect wiring but can't get it right as main cable is too short, can these fuse boxes unplug ? Want to try buy another one or rewire the brake cables and also check for a short
I can't post a photo for some unknown reason
