Vw polo USDM 9n3

Evening gentlemen, I was just wondering if it is possible to convert my polos lighting system to the USDM really love yhe US look

Not sure if there is a kit that can be bought or is there a way to bypass this wiring or as per video below via VCDS

Anyone or place that can do this in Johannesburg?

I've seen the kits for this for sale on a UK site. It's wired in to get the indicator to work as a park light. I have a vague idea as to how it's done. I was looking at just getting the kit but for bulbs, bulb holder and some wires it's a bit much.
