Re: Philips CrytalVision Vs WhiteVision
I had Whitevision on my Polo. Not as white as I expected it to be but it definitely lit up the road very nicely!

Re: Philips CrytalVision Vs WhiteVision
Having run all Philips products here is a break down.
Firstly all last longer than Osram and i deal in both. Autolights kill Osram.
Philips uses Quartz Glass, Osram does not. Osram has its place but I always on my own vehicles stick with Philips...or save on Osram and go Neolux.
WhiteVision: not as white as you think , whiter than stock bulbs and gives a nice headlight effect, perfomance 60%+(whole lot of factors come into place with that claim)
CrystalVision: best white/performance compromise, standard output , xenon look reflectors.
DiamondVision: Whitest halogen bulbs in market , great colour in reflector and ok output.(reflects on rain like xenon or HID)
Also with all halogen bulbs you have to realise the light claim is not always the headlight colour but the light output on the road colour.
And this is from someone who retails and distributes all light brands, so I test alot of bulbs, Philips, Neolux, Osram, Hella and Bosch.
HID and LED have its place, behind a projector or at the very least set to lowest headlight reflector position.

Best two in absolute output in light is Philips XtremeVision and Osram Laser but bulb type is limited to H4, H7 and H1(Philips).
Philips will last longer from record but have not run new Osram Laser myself to comment on longevity.
If you want standard bulbs all Vision Philips are Quartz Glass.
If you want long use...LongLife up to 4xLife but have tested it and will even give our own 50000km warranty. They hardy and we supply fleets with it as its vibration resistance is excellent.

Yep , whiter you go the greater the reduction in lumens. Has to do with filters and pressure.Gollum wrote:Having used diamond , crystal and white vision . Re: Philips CrytalVision Vs WhiteVision
Hey guys,
Could someone perhaps advise which would be the whiter light between the Philips Crystal vision and the White vision Ultra while looking at the headlight? I'm looking for that LED look similiar to what the diamond visions gave but unfortunately i believe these have been discontinued and they never lasted long from my experience. My focus is on how the light looks in the headlight and not so much on the road as I believe that both options would be better than the diamond vision on the road. please provide pros / cons for Crystal vision and white vision ultra? Any other suggestions welcome but im specifically focued on these as I know they come in H7 and HB4 so headlight and fogs can match.
Thank you
