Golf 7 Errors/Faults

Post by sbu.mah »

Last night on this torrential rain we having my car display turned into a Xmas tree.

Thought these errors will clear but it seems like they going nowhere. On a startup I'm greeted by chiming warning sounds.

Anyone who can weigh in and advise what might be the cause or what'd damaged that needs to be replaced

Yes, you are just driving a Mk1 Golf now so drive careful. No ABS, no ESP and no ASR.

As long as you don't need to brake suddenly.

Thanks Le Clue - was wondering why this morning on hard acceleration the traction control wasn't kicking in - no intervention whatsoever

Isn't it great, real drivers car now. No nanny state, like they were meant to be.

Claim was processed under warranty but the damn thing has been working properly for 2 days now.

The sensor cost R1209 at the stealer ship. Nonetheless they will replace it when it goes in for service under warranty
