only update is that I'm awesome at DIY (destroy it yourself). after some trouble shooting with the help of @Papajo we managed to figure out that I'm not getting enough power from my dizzy to give signal to the management system. one of the issues could be that the alignment of the trigger window mode was not correct. trying to fix it messed up the entire dizzy
for anyone doing dizzy mode dnt use hammer and socket you will fail  that's what happens when a IT guy playing mechanic

7v signal out is narginal. Hitting the trigger wheel with a hammer and socket to remove it to correct the incorrectly placed trigger window aligned is not a good idea. Timing trigger was out by the window width as it was modded for 8v and not 16v and opposite direction of turning of the 16v dissy. School fees.

easy fix for the too low signal is to simply add a 2k2 resistor form a 12v source to the signal line. It is a very basic signal booster.
You can remove the trigger wheel with a hammer and socket if you know how. But a press does a much nicer job.

Too late. OP damaged the trigger wheel and shaft beyond repair with hammer and socket and is in the process of getting a new complete distributor.

That signal booster is an easy fix.

A reference for others that want to see the difference in position of the window. This is an illustration of a single window, but applies to a 4 window too.
Image

Picture found on the net to show position on a 16v rotor, window and trigger relative to hall sensor position.
Image

ABF dizzy base is non adjustable, 9A and KR are.

Rotor position on Zuna's dizzy before attempted removal of trigger disk.
Image

Trigger occurred on leading edge and not trailing edge of disk. 16V dizzy turn counter clock wise.
Image

Chatted to Thanas too and we were thinking that changing the trigger from falling edge to rising edge will fix the window offset on Dicktator, but then the rotor position to pin in the cap will still not line up.

Don't know that brand at all.
Is that the one from Online parts?
Worth a shot if you don't have one.

Heard about guys complaining about the GW one leaking on the shaft seal after a while. Don't know if it is a common problem on them or isolated incidents.

Bosch ones are hard to find.

It's a pleasure, Zuna.
Glad I could assist all the way from Brazil on whatsapp to help you out to hear that mean rumble.
It does sound mean with just a branch and no exhaust on. Get the odds and ends done and get it tuned. Don't stop now.
