I actually just bought a mk1 citirox with a polo 6 dash in it but need to wire it up cause these dudes didn't , it would be great if someone comes up with the wiring diagram for the dash.

No clue what a polo 6 looks like maybe you meant 6R or something. You have a much better chance of fitting a polo dash than a golf 5/6/7 dash. The golfs are wider by a huge margin these days and it is extremely unlikely that you will be able to trim it to fit without it missing like half the vent on both sides. I recon those days are well over.
And then as far as making anything electrical work, well they are all canbus etc and there is almost no chance of making that stuff speak to old style golf wiring unless you are very very vey clued up electronically.

It has been done but you almost need a full donor car as you need the wiring loom and ECU's and even then I think it is a nightmare if you don't fit the engine from the donor engine. And as panic has said, trimming the dash is something you won't get around.
