Scirocco - Retrofit R bumper and lights

Hi Guys,

I am new to the forum as I have just bought myself a 2.0l Scirocco DSG.

The previous owner retrofitted an R front bumper, bumper drls, side sills, rear R bumper and R exhaust. While the car was on the dealers floor it did not have front indicators as these had been replaced buy the drls. To pass roadworthy I asked the dealer to configure the lights as seen in the Scirocco R. This where the inner lights become the indicators. I am happy with this set up but after some browsing I see that some peeps have managed to get the R bumper drls and inner lights (now the indicators) to function together. I think this looks pretty sweet. Does anyone on the forum know how this is possible? Would the inner drl's then switch off when you indicate? Could this be done by an auto electrician or would they need VAG-COM?

One more thing, removing the original fogs gives a fog light error on the dash. I have been told this can be cancelled but will come up again. Anyone know how I can get this removed permanently?
