Hi Guys,

Ok so 2 questions I have :

1. Did anyone extend their Warranty/Service plan on their Polo Comfortline?(please can you share what the cost are on this)
2. Has anyone encountered an issue with the Manual gear boxes, mines happened 3 times randomly( after a long drive and when parking the car I put it in reverse and its feels like it stuck in reverse but if I move it our slowly it comes out of reverse and sometime I switched the car off and it comes out normal.

Car in question :
2016 Model, 37000Km, Manual, Last service was around ending October, beginning to mid November(forgot actually  )

Thanks.

Hi guys,

just got a 2017 polo 1.2 highline dsg for little over 3 weeks now starting to test limits. I finally discovered how to turn off traction control(ESP) under the car setting in the Composition media. When I turn it off I notice the exhaust note sounds different abit by sounding more aggressive. And when I accelerate hard fully i hear as if it tries to burp much like the more powerful GTI's when shifting.. such an orgasmic sound...

But anyway just wanted to know what effect does turning off ESP have on my polo 1.2 highline dsg. And is the burping sound from shifting on happen for GTI''s or I can also get to hear it on my polo highline dsg

Thanks

Firstly welcome,

The burp is thanks to some fuel in the exhaust igniting. go do the exhaust and really enjoy the sound ( preview of my polo: https://youtu.be/kEVQwTV0nzg )

As for the ESP changing the sound, ESP off does nothing to my 2016 except making it spin in the wet.

The 1.2 dsg is a fun little toy, enjoy!

so is mine, Tip does nothing.

Took my car for a service with the tip & 63mm Freeflow (one box) and they had no issues.

I think the problem comes when you change the downpipe and CATs'

PS. the tip is 76mm in 90mm out

Hi guys,

just bought a 2017 Polo Tsi Comfortline. There is a small wire next to the driver seat (on the gear lever side). So it sits between the driver seat and the just below the gear lever. Any idea what it could be?

Also, any link to the Whatsapp group? thanks

Hi Guys, I'm new here. I just fitted a downpipe on my 2013 Polo GTi but from time to time I notice a white smoke from my exhaust. Is there anything I can do to stop it?

Smoke color is the worry . And not the smoke.

Get tour turbo seals checked.
