Why post here, in this thread about manuals, regarding your car's stub axles? If just the one is bent (how the hell to you bend a stub axle?) then replace it. I usually follow a rule-of-thumb with certain things i.e ball joints, wheel bearings, tie rod ends, cam belt etc. whereby, if I do one, I do the other. With the cam belt, I always replace the tensioner as well, but that's just me.

Any workshop/repair manuals for polo 9n pd tdi? The second link Phreak mentioned has a polo 9n manual but it is more like an owners manual, not so technical..

Any help sourcing this will be appreciated.

If u can hear the the motor in the radio making a noise when u press the the eject button, i think the only way to remove the disc is by stripping the radio up and removing it manually...' these head units are quite fragile though, rather get it to a sound shop if u arent sure..

Et guys in new here...drive a 1998 vw polo 1.6i and has been strugling with da wiring on my cluster. My Speedo and tacho is also not working. I replaced da gearbox speed sensor and check for voltage on da da sensor ,everything is fine but it seems there's no signal to da cluster. I want to test da cluster signal but don't have a detailed diagram for da cluster plug pin out. Any help guys?

Responding to radio issue and only if your radio is still original. First remove the outer layer covering the radio dash, with a piece of hardened plastic chip as this is very, very fragile nhe, and unsrew the screws on the sites. On top of the dash, open the squared bracket covering, there is a screw to loosen up, some few if not one wire and you will see what needs to be done. Coming to the radio, there are cables to unpluck at the lower back of the radio. Just check the points from which you are unplucking and there rest is for you to deal with the cd/radio.

Good day. I dont see any posts here lately. Is the forum still in use? I am looking for technical information with regards to a 1991 2.5 microbus. a Few butchers have been at work with the wiring so wiring information would be nice. Info on the engine (I dont know what all the solinoids and valves and pipes do) would be nice to. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Good morning guys

We have purchased a 2nd hand VW Sharan (2005, 1.8T model). I'm looking for the manual, but it is like finding a needle in a haystack.

Can somebody assist?

I need the OWM for sorting out the electric windows, central locking and one or two extra things besides.

TIA
