You can have it fitted at Syd's suspension PTA West. Special is still running, saw the ad in SnS again.

Hi Guys
How low can you go on maxtrac coil overs. I fitted them on a Golf 1 velocity. Have 17inch Star Fish Amg mags on it.
Please give me some advise as to where or how I can set the colies to the perfect drop. will appreciate it. Or even how to measure it to know what the actual drop is

Ive seen some pics where oke's use drop plates to get even lower. But i dont know of this is safe...

i have a 2008 golf 1 citisport and looking to install some coilovers, Are Maxtrac advisable for daily use or is there something i can get for around the same price that will be better , if so where can i get them - i am located in JHB]. I have a budget of R6000.00 with installation. i can slightly adjust if necessary.

my past experience with them isnt bad, had them for a few years then one morning as i was leaving for work, just as i turned of my driveway the right front coil snapped in 4 places, ride comfort not that great tho... but wasnt bad.. installed new stock springs and shocks... cant take that hard drive anymore
