On average, how many man hours will it take to replace the turbo. No lift, car will be on trestles.

I've heard of guys doing it in 3 hours. But depends on a lot of things.
But depending on how many swear words / beers are needed and stumbling blocks like stripped nuts, missing gaskets. I'd say a full day.
