fitting weber help please

hi guys im fitting a 36dcd weber to my 1.8 8v golf just did a clutch change and installed a 210mm 9 bolt lightend fly...bought this carb from a friend just wana know how to tune it and can i fit a cold air induction to it n will it make a difference regarding power...thanks in advance

I had one on my 2.0 golf, madeva custom adapter to fit a cone on it
