The injectors should be removed and cleaned anyway because they're very likely to also have some build-up on them.

The injector repair kit is around R150 per injector, so still much cheaper than getting a shop to do it.

I know that - The problem is not having the special tool to replace the injector seals. I would love to DIY it though...

I know that - The problem is not having the special tool to replace the injector seals. I would love to DIY it though...
You don't need a special tool. You can use a small socket to push the seal onto and then transfer the seal onto a slightly bigger socket, and then onto the injector.

I made my own special tool. If you have a lathe and a piece of roundbar you can knock it out in 10 minutes
