Golf 1 with 6 speed tdi box(starter/ flywheel help) SORTED

My brother bought a mk1 16v turbo. strong car but starter is not working on the flywheel. keeps slipping. any recommendations on what flywheel and starter to use for it to work normal. previous owner machined the starter casing. so now its just a gear grinder on the flywheel

I got a custom flywheel/button clutch/pressure plate and starter that works on the {any o2m}TDi box. you don`t get a direct fit, only if he goes dual mass clutch and starter setup off the TDI

Code on the gearbox is GQN. 02S gearbox.

I just used the mk5 gti BWA starter? I also have an O2S box on my 16v turbo

Used my caddy's flywheel(228mm) setup with a polo tdi starter.
