Really Depends on the dyno and if you are referring to engine convert kw or wheel.
But I literally gave all the steps it takes. It just depends on the money you want to spend.

APK will not be a straight fit.InquisitiveKid99 wrote:@missioner original motor is a 1.4i BLM
You will need the following:
Engine and gearbox mountings
Gearbox
Clutch and flywheel
Ancillaries, ie: alternator, A/C pump, etc
ECU
Engine loom
Gear cables
Air box
Exhaust
Driveshafts
Brakes
That's what I can think of off the top of my head. It's most likely more.
Modding rule#1: don't build what you can buy.

So it would cost less to just buy the same motor and have that refitted.

Re: 2l 8v rebuild to aleast 110kw
At the coast 110wkw is achievable quiet easily...nothing super special needed.
Port & flow with keeping the valves standard
Stick something like a 288 with 11.7mm lift (Estas)
Option 1: Skim the head to raise compression to the desired limit obviously dependent on the fuel you want to run
Option 2: Deck the block to achieve the rise in compression which is what I will be doing on the next build
Run a proper branch and exhaust, don’t know if brospeed does anything decent now
Mp9 polo cup ecu or AMM
I Say you will be just shy of 110wkw unless your fuel mix is supportive to the above mods but you will be close.
Running my single throttle 8v on 35% Ethanol and 65% pump fuel I make 111wkw & 210nm, also taking into consideration that the comp I’m running is a lot higher

Re: 2l 8v rebuild to aleast 110kw
Ive spoken many times to him before but about 16v stuff...8v at the cost gets 110kw very quick...just need to spend afew bux and know what to dovwpro wrote:You can forget 110wkw on a na 8v motor, not possible with all the money you got. Only to achieve that figures is to do a dyno run on a happy dyno.
Speak to 8v performance, Sarel Ellof if reacable.
