Send the cylinder head for repairs it needed welding new valves and seals + skimming. Upon putting the motor together the car still smokes grey smoke oil light comes on water drips in the tail pipe. what could be the problem now couse we done almost everything.

Water in the exhaust pipe is normal when the car is cold, its condensation, but once the engine is hot the exhaust should be dry.

Could be many things. Broken a ring on installation, wrong clearances, a valve stem seal misfitted or forgotten, etcetc. Without seeing it impossible to sy but the oke that built that must sort it out.

hey guys,i bought a 2006 vw touran 2.0 fsi recently, when i got the car the service light was on,i drove it back from durban to lenasia, everything was fine,i decided to wash the car and the engine bay,the day after i had done that,on my way to work, the car suddenly died on the highway,i thought the cam belt had snapped, all the engine lights were on,i tried to start the car,the engine was swinging, but it sounded like there was low compression, when i got home i pulled the covers for the cam belt off,the belt was still on.i plugged in the vcds machine to see if any faults came up,but there were none.
this car shares the same engine with the mk5 golf and jetta 2.0 FSI.
guys please help,urgently.

don't wash it.

it's really impossible to help you with the detail you provide - did you check for fuel pressure in the reading blocks - is there spark - is there compression.

Well if you have no spark and low compression any of the other errors are kind of a moot point ain't it?
But the cam cam sensor is most likely why you ain't got spark.

Cambelt usually strip off teeth in the crankshaft end (aka the bottom) so it will look fine at the top. Swing the engine with the cover off and see if the belt turns withe engine.

I believe your belt is toast and the valves are bent.

How long a list do you want?.
wrong cam timing
wrong ignition timing
throttle cable not set right
bad fuel pump
faulthy throttle position sensor
iffy hall generator in the dizzy
etc etc etc etc. I can probably thing of around 50 things of what may be the problem.
Without doing some sort of fault finding and maybe having a look at the tuning on a dyno it's literally anybody's guess. The fact that you asked the same thing 6 months ago and now the same question again probably means you have not really bothered to try and diagnose it anyway.
