Ive been looking all over what the possible cause can be but didnt find any.
my problem is while driving/accelerating its fine, as soon as i leave the accelerator i hear what sounds like a ticking noise coming from the engine. this happens when in gear and when in neutral but only while the car is moving. it seems to be getting louder over time and the noise moves with the speed of the car as well. Had the front wheels up on jacks and sped the wheels up and put in neutral and the sound was still there untill the wheels stop. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as this is driving me insane.
