Hello
I think I have a leak by the injector loom and apparently this is a common leak on the PD motors. Would it be best to replace the loom or use some type of silicone to seal it again?
Regards

You have to open the tappet cover, unplug the loom, and replace the loom o ringbillionairebum wrote:Hello

Re: 1.9 Sportline Injector Loom Leak
I contacted VW and they only supply the full Loom with the gasket and plastic bit not the o ring separately that is why I asked if I could use something to seal it. Will try find the size of the o ring.LoW n SloW wrote:You have to open the tappet cover, unplug the loom, and replace the loom o ringbillionairebum wrote:Hello

Re: 1.9 Sportline Injector Loom Leak
You can get o-rings at places like bearing man etc that supplies bearings and seals.
