Re: golf 4 tdi
Lemme dish out some good mk4 advice...seeing that i own one.
Dont **** with them too much...they are well built. any mk4 tdi nowadays will qualify as high miliage....so first be sure the motor is in good mechanical nick.
stuff like cambelts , water and oil pumps as well as lifters in the head and the serpentine belt rollers should have been serviced or changed by now.
now thats out the way....get it front intercooled , swop out the turbo from std vw polo 96kw , and have a software upgrade.
that should keep you plenty happy....
not happy yet? go ahead and **** with new nozzles , but first clean the lift pump in the tank , coz its probly blocked.
assuming that you havnt killed yourself due to the worn lca bushes or the worn swaybar bushes and the worn shocks(which should have been replaced by now)...you will be flying in the 110 -120 kw zone. 350nm atleast....whatch that clutch now....coz its next on your spending list.
ok
bye

Re: golf 4 tdi
We've seen some great results on these motors with minor mods but fueling is the limitation on these when pushing further
