hi guys, i was wondering if we could have a vwcsa event in the Free State/Northern Cape for all the vee dubbers from the central region?

There isn't any comm there. Something like this would need to be driven by the members in the area. Put the word out and draw interest from Dubbers there. You can post up on the forum about the event.
AFAIK this is similar to how the Durban chapter started. A couple of guys had an interest for a local event, now there is a whole chapter.
