Membership paid but dont have benifits or my goodies

Good day I signed up as a member and also paid for welcome pack to be posted R260 but I cant view some topics and have not received my welcome pack.. could someone please look into this.. payment was made on 30 november 2012

hi Mike,

G-spot will confirm if your membership pack is done, AFAIK though, he is on leave and not in GP.

will try double check your 'benefits' as you should be able to access all member forums as normal. Which benefits do you not have currently?
