Pen/ Ink Mark on Steering Wheel

Hi Guys,
Need some help please.
What can be used to remove a blue pen mark off a VW leather Steering Wheel?
The vehicle is brand new, don't want to damage the leather.
Any suggestions?

Best bet would be APC.... dilute some 1:20 APC and use a soft brush, once completed use a leather treatment.
not sure what's the harshest you can go on the APC on steering wheel if dilution 1:20 doesn't work.....
