DIY - Bulb replacement

Ahoy guys,

I'm looking at changing all my bulbs (park, drive, brights) in the headlight from stock to LED.

These are the bulbs I'm looking to replace my drive lights with. Bulb

Im a bit lost with the LED headlight as it has dims and brights so what I want to know is, if I use these bulbs will my brights still be accessed via the indicator leaver? and will it matter if I take the original brights out?

Any help or just general information on how the lights work on a car will be appreciated.

Thanks

First off changing your main head lights to LED's might not be the best idea IMO

Even though they might be a high lux bulb generally range on LED lights are pretty poor. So you might end up with lower visibility than stock halogen lights
If you want to change the head lights rather look into HID's

(I'm assuming you have a polo 9n3 as per your info) The main light and the brights work on 2 different circuits and 2 separate bulbs, so not sure how a duel bulb would work
The light housing is also different to reflect the light in 2 different ways.

Rather look at HID's for the high/low beams (although with HID's you rarely use the high beam/brights) and go with LED for the parks

HID in stock unit is just as effective as LED , not better really than high performance bulbs , both cant direct light properly and you end up with glare and diminished light distance.
