Polo 9N radio reception poor

Hi All

I have a polo 9n, I changed the radio to a double navigation unit as the FM frequency was really bad.
However this has not eliminated the problem, I had a new aerial fitted from the rear of the radio to the antenna fitted from the local sound shop. They fitted an amplified aftermarket booster aerial which still does not help.

please advise if there is any other option?
