Old style nav cd

Postby panic-mechanic » Fri May 19, 2017 7:44 am

Ok it's not strictly ice but not sure where to put this otherwise.
I have a 2005 touareg with mfd2 rns2 radio. The nav cd is missing. Has anybody ever managed to copy one or write a working version from an iso copy?
Or even just have a disc maybe lying around?

The AudiForum is currently offline for maintenance

Found him on here as well, but hasn't been online in months, might be worth sending him a PM/Email

I have no idea if the audi discs read. I have two - one in the a6 which is dodgy and don't alwsy read in that car and the touareg don't read it either. The one in the S6 which works won't eject so I can't test it.

Try fourspring and see if they don't have a dvd unit for you. I am quite sure the a6 ones will be the same. Of course they are most likely component protected so once installed visit audi to decode it for you.
